While we strive to meet estimated timelines, completion dates are approximate and not guaranteed. Factors such as project complexity, current workload, and material availability may affect delivery times.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate measurements and specifications for your quilt
• Ensure quilt tops are clean and properly prepared
• Communicate any special requirements or preferences clearly
• Review and approve design selections before work begins
• Make timely payments as agreed

6. Quality and Satisfaction

We are committed to providing high-quality workmanship. If you have concerns about the completed work, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your quilt to discuss any issues.

7. Liability

While we take every precaution to care for your quilt, Volunteer Patchwork is not responsible for damage to quilts that are already damaged, fragile, or improperly prepared. We recommend that customers maintain their own insurance for valuable quilts.

8. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of work completed.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, and original work created by Volunteer Patchwork remain the property of Volunteer Patchwork unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers may not reproduce or distribute our work without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Volunteer Patchwork's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
